This will be subtracted from the final cost of your package upon commencement of brewing.

Once appointments are confirmed email is fine.


Our Lab is open Tuesday through Sunday depending on availability.

Please Note: We are willing to Schedule Sessions outside these hours if necessary!


You will receive an email confirmation of your deposit including the date and time you have scheduled to brew at Homebrew University.


Please Call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

**Important Notice**


There is a New Jersey State requirement that all individuals who brew at Homebrew Teaching Facilities must obtain a Homebrewing Permit through the Alcohol Beverage Control.  The permit will be processed at Homebrew University.  The state fee is $15 per license, and is due and payable on the day of your brew session. 

Your permit allows you to brew at a Homebrew Teaching Facility for one year from the time your license is issued, or up to 200 gallons. If you have already obtained a permit less than one year prior to your session date, you may use that permit again.

Anyone involved in the brewing process must hold a permit.
