Below you will find a set of helpful policies that encourage and
facilitate the best possible and most enjoyable brew day you and others can experience here at Homebrew University.
Please be prompt for your session. Being late will alter the time it takes you to finish your session and
may cause you to run into other brewer’s time slots.
Please be courteous of schedules. We know that things sometimes go awry, we just ask that you please
contact us @ 908-452-5352 if you will be late.
If you are more than 20 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment at the
next available slot.
If you do not reschedule your session within one calendar year of deposit your deposit will become
null and void.
Deposits for brewing on premises are non exchangeable and must
be used towards brewing on premises.
Due to the nature of this activity, anyone under 21 years of age
cannot legally partake in brewing sessions.
We have acquired partnerships with local restaurant
establishments. If you are interested in having your session catered for additional costs or if you are interested in bringing in your own food you are more than welcome.
Bottle Day Sessions will be scheduled on brew day.
Bottle Day Session is usually about two weeks post brew day.
Times and dates may vary and are dependent on the style of beer brewed. Most will fit into this two week time frame, however, some beers require longer fermentation & clearing
If no attempt is made by any customer to bottle their product within
60 days of production the fermented product will be considered abandoned and destroyed by Homebrew University. There will be no refunds if this occurs, so please be courteous of
When you pay for a brewing session (or wine making session or mead
making session) you ACKNOWLEDGE, ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS AND HAZARDS arising out of or related to participation in any activities and/or programs taking place on the Company premises or
otherwise associated with the Company and/or resulting from the negligence of the Company, its owners, members, officers, employees, equipment manufacturers and sponsoring agencies.
In the rare event of customer dissatisfaction with the finished product, please call us. I we find that our process caused
damage to the finished product, we will replace that product, using your existing bottles. You must bring the product back to us still in bottles, with no more than 20% of the
